Artem Lavrov is an associate specialising in international commercial, construction and investment treaty arbitration.
Prior to joining Cardinals, Artem worked at a leading Russian law firm. His practical experience includes representing a major Russian export company in an arbitration under the SCC rules in a dispute arising out of a construction contract, a Russian brewery in an arbitration under the SCC rules in a dispute arising out of a supply contract and representing a high-net worth individual in connection with foreign proceedings.
Artem holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Moscow State University of International Relations, and he is currently working on a master’s degree in law at the same university. During his studies, he completed a semester at the Free University of Berlin where he gained practical experience of working in the German legal system, and completed various additional courses with a focus on international arbitration.
