The practice is led by Kamen Shoylev, who is qualified as a barrister in England and Wales and has extensive experience of representing clients in the Commercial Court and assisted by Anton Garmoza, who is qualified as an attoreny-at-law in New York, and Vladislav Rodionov, who is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Obtaining a worldwide freezing order against a range of non-cause of action defendants holding assets for, or otherwise amenable to the enforcement of a judgment against the principal defendant.

JV agreement for cartoon series investment

Drafting of a joint venture agreement under the laws of England and Wales between a cartoon production studio and agents to seek and attract investment.

Drafting a shipbuilding contract

Drafting a contract, governed by the law of England and Wales, between a Turkish shipyard and a Jordanian shipowner for the construction of tug boats.

Legal opinion for court proceedings
