Advised a UK-based client on the corporate set-up and acquisition of properties in Bulgaria. The assignment inlcuded setting up a UK holding company, incorporating a Bulgarian subsidiary, and facilitating the acquisition of the properties through the subsidiary. English and Bulgarian law.

Gaming NFT project

Acted for a French joint venture between an IT company and a French financial institution for the development and implementation of a gaming NFT project. Bulgarian and English law.

Losses recovery

Assisted and advised clients who have staked tokens to а crypto platform and suffered losses. Swiss, Israeli, English Law.
